Programmatically derive license aliases in SBOM license scanning

Problem

Whilst investigating SBOM-based License Scanning does not detect licenses previously detected by license-finder we discovered that aliases.go was missing a variation that meant at least one Maven package could not be classified.

Proposed Solution

Programmatically derive common aliases (e.g. adding the as a prefix) and provide contributors with a straightforward way to contribute additions.
