Issues Analytics - Add stats above chart

Proposal

As a follow-up to #233905 (closed), remove the avg/max text from the legend and add the following the stats above the chart:

• Total Issues opened
• Avg. issues opened (monthly)
• Total issues closed
• Avg. issues closed (monthly)
