AI/ML Based Feature for Managing Grouping Users and Managing an Organization's Access

Proposal
I met with an IAM (Identity and Access Management) engineer that was looking for some type of AI based feature to help him better manage grouping users and managing their team's access.
Their goal seemed to be in better organizing the scope/scale of their organization with suggested groups maybe as they grow. They have 30 groups in Okta but will grow to 100 groups in the future most likely.
They utilize SAML SSO with their GitLab.com namespace with Okta as the source IDP. They have SAML Group Sync setup as well which they need to manually setup.
