Custom fields for GitLab Releases

Problem to solve
Teams have various deployment approval processes and may have various releases that need to go to different environments.
Proposal
In order to make it clearer which deployment environment a release is going to, it would be great to have the ability to add custom fields or an "Environments" field to the Release object.
This would make it clearer for platform or security folks to understand where a release is slated to go, as opposed to just including it in the description field which is the current workaround.
