Accessing profile badge and submenu is counterintuitive

The placement of the profile badge to the left makes it counterintuitive for users to access it. Profile badges along with 'settings' in the submenu are typically expected to be on the top right. Sometimes on the left, but definitely not on the right of the left. It takes a while to initially find it in the new UI, especially if you don't have a profile pic.
