Prevent broken fixtures

Some development fixtures are a bit sensitive, It is hard to figure out when they are broken especially if they are not default enabled like:

• 90_productivity_analytics.rb
• 17_cycle_analytics.rb

Both examples above were totally broken, In conjunction with
&10714 (closed) we could add specs for all fixtures used by groupoptimize.
