User feedback on chat response not saved

Last week, I provided feedback on some GitLab Duo Chat responses: #420753 (comment 1508858148)

This was done in the Chat itself (I clicked the helpful/unhelpful/wrong buttons).

This week, when I visited my Chat window, I realized that my chat feedback was not saved and the buttons show up again. I clicked the buttons again and refreshed the page and the buttons show up again. So it appears that their state is never saved.

I would expect that I can only send feedback once and that my feedback would show when re-visiting the Chat window.
