Fix the notification dot border

Problem to solve

When the notification dot appear on a background using multiply, it doesn't properly cut out the svg behind it.

TBD: I think doable with clip-path on the SVG icon to cut out a circle, and remove the border from the notification dot (will also need to shift position a little) or with mask: radial-gradient on the svg (again to cut out a circle in the top corner)
