SecretDetection; Job never fails

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

In the secretDetecting tool (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/secrets) the GitLeaks tool is used. It's called from the Go code with leaksExitCode="0" which means that even if the tool finds a leak it will exit with a 0.

This means that any gitlab job based on this tool will not fail if there is a leak found. Which seams a bit pointless.

I tried too create a issue on the project itself but that is disabled.
