Investigate why Snowplow tracking does not work with the link buttons

Here is the MR that is reverting the buttons migrations to Pajamas ButtonComponent. The Snowplow tracking event stopped working after migration. The key difference is that old button was a button element where the new one is an a.

The culprit is most likely here in the @rails/ujs package where the propagation is stopped and thus the click event is not propagated to the document where most likely the handler for tracking is added.
