Bug: Auto-expanded text doesn't update upon refreshing page
Summary
In #386937 (closed) we implemented another auto-expanding text suffix, +s which appends critical information like assignee, milestone, and health status to the issue title.
Unfortunately when the data updates (ex. a milestone is assigned), the data doesn't update upon refresh of the page. As a workaround, the users can edit the issue description/comment, save with no change, and this will trigger an update.
