Proposal

The proposal is to automatically allow re-adding MRs to the merge train after the MR pipeline passes.

With the 'pipeline must succeed' option enabled, when a merge train pipeline fails because to a faulty test, re-running the failed pipeline in order to re-add the MR to the train takes a significant amount of time and work.

As a result, it would be ideal if there would be an option to automatically allow re-adding MRs to the merge train after the MR pipeline passed.
