Count/Progress for Reviewed files in Merge Request Changes (Diff)
Proposal
There is currently no easy way to see how many files are left or have been 'viewed' in a Merge Request's Changes page. (Without manually counting!)
It appears in &1409 that backend work will be done to improve the tracking of reviewed files in which this might be overhauled.
Working with what is currently there now, I think a simple frontend solution improve the situation. Just a count displayed of how many files have been marked as viewed next to the total file count in on a Merge Request Changes page would improve the situation.
Within my workplace one of the largest barriers to switching to GitLab for code review is the lack of easy way to see which files have already been read after new commits on a merge request.
I'm making a merge request with a simple count of viewed files which will hopefully help everyone until larger work around file reviews is done.
