Can't login to GitLab when using Ukrainian language

Summary

With Ukrainian language set as main I stuck on "Checking if the site connection is secure" page without cloudflare captcha. After changing language to English captcha appears.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Switch your browser to use Ukrainian language image
  2. Open gitlab.com when not logged in
  3. Click on "Sign In" button top right
  4. Stuck on next page

Reproduces on Firefox and Chrome on Mac and Android.

What is the current bug behavior?

Stuck on "Checking if the site connection is secure" page without cloudflare captcha

What is the expected correct behavior?

See captcha and move to Sign In page to enter login and password.
