Cells Iteration 3: Demo

Demo plan
As part of showcasing the Iteration 3 we will record the following demo:

User can create a new group on Cell 1. |
| 4 | The user will create a new project in the top-level group on Cell 1

| 5 | The user will open another browser tab to Cell 2 and navigate to http://localhost:3001/

Already logged-in user can interact with Cell 2 without the need for re-login. |
