Incorrect redirect when creating files/directories for ambiguous ref

  So apparently creating dirs / uploading files to the collision branch works, but you are getting redirected to the tag page after:

Also with the redirect_with_ref_type flag enabled trying to create a new file as in the screen recording will redirect instead of rendering the new file form.
