Squash commit message template not set when creating a project from a project template that configures a squash commit message template.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a project
2. Configure a Squash commit message template.
3. Use the project's group as project templates source group.
4. Create a project using the former project as a template.
5. There is no squash commit message template in the new project.

Cannot create if on gitlab.com as it requires premium.

What is the current bug behavior?

There is no squash commit message template in the new project.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Squash commit message template should be the same as configured in the project template.
