Add sort actions to all columns in Storage view in Usage quotas

Proposal

The usage quotas > Storage tab provides an overview of all sub groups and projects and their respective storage usage types.

Only the total column can be sorted. If I want to identify high storage consumers e.g. by sorting by job artifacts, or container registry use, I cannot sort the interface.

Suggest adding sort actions to all available columns.
