Auto-suggests review comments

Problem to solve

Reviewing code can sometimes be a tedious activity. With many "basic" fixes to propose.

Proposal

In the MR, we could have a functionality to automatically propose basic review comments. eg:

• another more recent version of that dependency exist
• that method already exist somewhere else in the class/file or even in the project (this implies sending more context to Google than just the current file).
• API parameters should be given in the URL rather than in the body section
• that piece of code could be rewritten like this
• ...

Ideally, these suggestions would be proposed as "Insert suggestion" within the MR Review auto-generated.
