Explain inherited flag more precisely in protected branches API documentation

Problem to solve

Currently protected branches API mentions briefly inherited attribute but it does not really explain how can this be configured.

Proposal

I think a link to group-level protected branches documentation should be made and it should be also made clear that this is not available on gitlab.com.
