Predefined Push Rules Not Available In EE Starter
Two push rules, "Check whether committer is the current authenticated user" and "Check whether commit is signed through GPG" introduced in in 10.2 and 10.1 respectively are not available in EE Starter despite our documentation stating that push rules are available in EES.
