Update fork does not include git tags

Summary

When using the Update fork option from the UI, all commit are updated, but any associated git tags are not.

Steps to reproduce

Click "Update fork" on a forked repository that is behind the upstream.

What is the current bug behavior?

Tags are not updated when updating the fork.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Tags should be updated when updating the fork since they're part of the repository (and are included when the fork is created).
