New UI: Navigation menu partially out of bounds in Safari

Summary

On "smaller" screen I've noticed (14" Macbook) that navigation menu in Safari 16.3 (18614.4.6.1.6).

Steps to reproduce

• Click on menu
• Menu is only partially visible
• Second click displays menu in correct position.

What is the current bug behavior?

First display positions the menu out of bounds.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Same position as in Chrome and fully visible.
