Proposal
Currently, the service desk email takes the form of contact+mygroup-myproject-otherthings@domain, particularly for GitLab.com, they are long and not human-memorable. It is not worse to just simply create an email address based on a hash.

This should be the default for new projects. For existing projects, this should be optional for existing projects.
For Self-Managed, new and existing projects, doing this should be optional.
