Emails on Issues feature

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

GitLab allows you to set an arbitrary email when pushing to a repo so you can get diffs to, say, a mailing list. It would be awesome if you could do the same for the issue tracker. Our workflow is heavily dependent on mailing lists, so we have all of our commits for a project going to a list and it would be great to get issues going to the same place. The only way to work-around this currently is to eat up one user license for a fake user with the address of the mailing list and having people remember to set that as the assignee (since the issue tracker has no free-form field to set a cc). Or maybe you can set the template to have "@ all" (spaced to prevent spamming) set and have the fake-user as a group member. Either way, eating up a license for a mailing list seems silly. An "Emails on Issues" feature (like "Emails on Push") makes more sense. Could we have something like this added please?
