GitLab Status Page Change - Support OIDC

Proposal

When configuring a GitLab Status Page https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/operations/incident_management/status_page.html, in particular this page it would be preferential to support deployment / incident sync via OIDC so that AWS credentials do not need to help within the project configuration.

By doing this it will likely help to open up other hosts more easily.
