Problem to solve

We currently do not have any documentation to have GitLab pages deployed on a Kubernetes cluster while the rest is being handled by an omnibus GitLab installation.

Further details

We currently have available:

• The documentation to deploy GitLab on a kubernetes instance via helm chart and deploy only GitLab Pages on an omnibus instance
• This page describe how to have an external pages instance omnibus+omnibus.
• This page covers the global parameters the pages helm chart accepts.
• Those fives secrets would need to be extracted from the omnibus instance and be given to the helm instance so they can communicate.

Those docs should be a good start for writing down the new documentation.
