[MR Widget] Use the flag returned by the backend to determine if there are more findings

Summary

Currently we display the at least expression if a report has 25 findings. This may create confusion if the report has exactly 25 findings. To fix this, the backend will return a flag indicating whether there are more findings for a given report or not.
