Problem

The merge train docs are very technical. It's not very apparent why users would want to use this feature. It would be nice to have a header Why should you use merge trains? with a pitch on how it could solve some problems you are having.

We are missing some opportunities to have some visual aid's with diagrams explaining merge trains. This should allow users to easily wrap their head around the feature. This blog post shows a few illustrations and how they could be helpful in the docs.

Solution

Technical writer and engineering as well as support team could work together to improve these docs.
