Research current Frontend RFCs problems

As discussed in the Frontend Vision working group, we want to start documenting the current problems with the Frontend RFCs. Having a clear list of the problems we want to solve will focus the solution part of the WG to really address the pain points.

We want to use this issue as a place to list, discuss and reference said pain points to make sure we can properly address them with a/multiple MRs to our documentation and processes.
