`extractSecurityReportArtifacts` is not tested in `security_reports/utils.js`

  you're right! But now I realised that extractSecurityReportArtifacts is not tested in app/assets/javascripts/vue_shared/security_reports/utils.js. I'll create a follow-up for that.
