Build interim solution for conflicting settings page titles in the pinned section

Problem to solve

There are a few pages that are hard too distinguish once they are pinned in the sidebar because they are either too similar or the same.

Proposal

Append settings to an item in the sidebar, only when they are in the pinned section.
