Request to have GitLab Documentation clearly distinguish between GitLab.com, Self-Managed and Dedicated

Proposal

With GitLab Dedicated now generally available. There are requests from existing Dedicated Customers to include "Dedicated" as a distinguishable flag/category in our Documentation. For example:

Right now, for Dedicated Customers, there's an assumption that anything available on Self-Managed should be available (exceptions) on Dedicated, but this information isn't readily available to the general audience when they search in our Docs.

Having a distinction between GitLab.com, Self-Managed and Dedicated in our documentation will enable Dedicated customer users to self-serve much more efficiently and obtain information quickly, contributing to a better user experience and adoption. This will also mitigate confusion when tracking product features and deprecations.
