Proposal

Add an extra streaming destination type for Snowflake similar to what was done for GCP Logging.

Implementation

It looks like we can utilise the Snowpipe streaming API to pipe events to Snowflake https://docs.snowflake.com/user-guide/data-load-snowpipe-streaming-overview
