Cannot download artifacts in 16.1.0

We have a several Gitlab installations. We have updated all of them to 16.1.0 and the we faced the following issue: In all of the gitlab instances we are unable to download the builded files. Navigate to the project site. Go to Build -> Jobs. Locate some passed job and use the button Download.

It doesnt work. After about a minute the browser says
