The latter part of the tag is missing from the commits list

In the latest version, the tag is visible in the commits list. As shown in the image below, the last part of the tag is omitted even though there is room on the screen.

In the case of tags for deployment, the version is usually included at the end, so the last part is important information. Please improve it.
