Replace the context switcher toggle with context header and rename page overview item

Proposal

• Remove context switcher toggle and associated code
• Show context header (e.g., Your work, Admin area, Project, Group, etc - corresponding to different panel types?)
• Relabel current context link to name of context, e.g. user's name, and add avatar when applicable
