Fix Dark Mode problems for Rich/Plain Text editor

There are multiple problems with the Dark Mode version of the Rich/Plain Text editor:

  • Top bar not having any background
  • Bottom bar having a darker background than the content it's placed on

We should create a design for how the Dark Mode version of this editor actually looks like.
