Automated reminder email for licenses not activated.
Problem Summary
We have seen that sometimes a license code has been generated and email send out but it has never been activated, this is more likely to happen with partner orders.
When the renewal time comes around the customer churn as a result, an automated reminder email could help preventing customer churn for that reason.
Proposal
It would be great to have a way to check if a license as been activate and if it hasn't could we send a reminder email a month after the code is being send out to the sales account teams, customer or partner if one is involved.
