Implement two column layout in work item detail view
Problem
The current work item detail view stacks meta-data on top of the description in a single-column layout.
Proposal
To improve the usability of the work item detail view, introduce a two-column layout to optimize the usage of available real estate.
Scope
Implement the two column layout with the following 4 areas:
- Breadcrumbs + super actions
- Header
- Main content area
- Right sidebar
Out of scope
Mobile/small screens are out of scope. The behavior of content for mobile/small screens is still being explored.
The exact spacing of the layout areas are still being finalized, so we will refine that later.
Acceptance
- Work item detail view has two columns, as outlined in the attached designs.
- Changes are behind a feature flag
