ResizeObserver loop limit exceeded

Description

We are seeing an increase in frontend errors in the last week (from Jun 7) triggered by ResizeObserver.

Triage

The errors don't seem to correlate to specific pages, but seem to be triggered by clicks in "either the super sidebar toggle, or the context switcher dropdown".

For this reason, I'll label this as groupfoundations.
