Repository graph screen has unnecessary scrollbars

Problem

Minor UI niggle to raise for GitLab SaaS.

On the Code > Repository graph screen, there is an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar in the main graph panel, and a vertical scrollbar for the whole page. If the panel and page was sized correctly, neither of these scrollbars would need to be displayed.

As far as I can tell, this issue occurs mainly in Chrome-like browsers, including MS Edge.
