Feedback issue: Pipeline page new header

As a part of our beautifying UI effort, we have redesigned the pipeline page header with an intent to unbox it and provide more space for the pipeline graph.

Here's how the new header would look. The roll out will be successive. Currently enabled for the gitlab and gitlab-ui projects.
