💬 Feedback: Introduce listing page drawer POC to GitLab OKR project

Summary

In #414784 (closed) we introduced a POC to GitLab team members with the GitLab OKRs project which opens a side-drawer from a record selected on the page, while still allowing the original page you're viewing to have focus.
