[🎨 Design] Work Items - Linked Items Widget

Summary

The following changes are proposed to the Linked widget as we migrate this to the Work Items framework.

• Include the associated work item Type icon for list items
• Relocate the Status icon to be aligned to the right side of the item
• Only display the Remove button when the item is hovered or focused (or the device is touch)
• Update heading style for linked type ("Blocked by", "Blocking", "Related to")
• Align layout of items to be more similar to List pages
  • ID & metadata on new row (not inline with Title)
  • Labels displayed on new row (Labels will be new to Linked items)
