Priority Widget
Release notes
Designating the priority of a work item helps ensure the most important work is done in the appropriate order. It is also important for collaboration, allowing collaborators to focus their attention on the right work item.
In this release, we're adding priority as an out-of-the-box field for service desk tickets. Users have the ability to designate priorities from 1 to 5.
Problem to solve
Make priority an out-of-the-box field (rather than using scoped labels).
Proposal
Hard code potential values in the MVC. Start with 1 - 5.
In future iterations, users can potentially define what the priority levels mean. They can potentially also define their own priority levels and peg it at different levels of the GitLab hierarchy.
