Remove or reconsider "edit" links in issuable sidebar when edit is active for item

Problem

Currently these items are still visible when in edit mode, while they have then no real function anymore. As we are standardising how links are working across the application, this is certainly a case which is not creating correct/good UX .

Proposal

We should try to get the edit button removed while in edit mode, or make it a cross icon.
