Service desk requestor accesses issue they requested

  • Close this issue
  • When a requestor sends an email in to service desk, they experience the email thread as a support experience.
  • If the requestor could be able to see and access the issue itself in GitLab, then they can get all the features of GitLab in the GitLab UI.
  • We'd need to tie down the permissions so that the requestor can only have access to features within that issue.
