Commits should have approval buttons

I know right now Merge Requests have approval buttons. But those arent really useful if youd ask me (can always use labels to do the same). What GitLab honestly misses is some ticks for each commit: having a way to letting others know that that particular commit has been reviewed and is ready by ticking/checking it would be amazing, especially on MRs with over 4-5 commits :)
