Allow to specify user-group in merge request reviewers section

Problem to solve

Currently one can only specify single users in the reviewers section for merge request. It is cumbersome to to that is the audience is big.

Proposal

Allow specifying a defined group of users for reviewers.

Intended users

Any user that uses merge requests (Developers?)
